Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment and PayPal payments. If you are shopping from a non GB Pound country, such as other European countries, Australia or the USA, remember to select your local currency from the drop-down box at the bottom of the page to ensure you are shown and charged the correct price.

You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or email.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling (UK)
All items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class, First Class Recorded or Special Delivery services, depending on order value or the choices you make at checkout.

Normal basic shipping costs to the UK are £2.50 for the first item, then 50p for each additional item.

For all other destinations please use the shipping calculator shown in your shopping basket.

Delivery Schedule
We despatch your order right away. In the UK, you will normally receive your order in 1 or 2 business days.

European orders are generally received in under 5 days.

Australia and New Zealand orders normally arrive within 5 to 8 working days.

Orders to the Rest of the World, take usually between 5 to 10 working days.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, UK VAT (currently 20%) is added. All other orders for destination outside of the European Union are free of UK VAT. All prices on our website store pages are shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise clearly stated (for example in the Trade section of our website). European business-to-business orders can be supplied excluding VAT if you provide us with a valid European tax number. Orders dispatched outside of Europe may be subject to your countries local import taxes.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using extremely secure 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any computer. Also at no time do we have access to your credit card details unless your order was placed offline in which case no information is kept on record after processing.

Guarantee
All electrical items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months.

Diosa Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to: a. Take and fulfil customer orders b. Administer and enhance the site and service c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Please advise us prior to returning any items your intention and reason for doing so. This will enable us to deal with the goods much more efficiently.

Your rights under the Distance Selling Directive include a 7 day 'cooling off' period. In line with OFT and SafeBuy Trust UK policy, we have extended this period to a 14 day 'cooling off' policy for your benefit.
